Withdrawal Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day
- you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more items as part of a single order and these are delivered together.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Leif Nelson GmbH, Kabeler Straße 4, 58099 Hagen, Phone: +49 (0) 2103- 9633710, Email: kundenservice@leif-nelson.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods promptly and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract, to us or to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling them in a manner unnecessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Exclusions and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production requires an individual selection or decision by the consumer or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would soon be exceeded;
- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of the contract but which can be delivered no sooner than 14 days after the contract and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the control of the seller;
- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated publications, except for subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in contracts:
- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
